का.आ. 3460;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अध्निियम, 1956 ;1956 का 48द्ध की धरा 3 के खण्ड ;कद्ध द्वारा, प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला राजस्व अध्किारी सोनीपत, हरियाणा राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या -1 के अन्तर्गत निर्माण कि.मी. 53.000 से कि.मी. 54.000 तक के भू-खण्ड का निर्माण ;चौडा करने/आठ लेन/टोल प्लाजा का बनाने, आदिद्ध, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध् और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अध्निियम के अध्ीन सक्षम प्राध्किारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अध्सिूचना के राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राध्किारी के रूप में प्राध्कृित करती है ।

S.O. 3460(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Revenus Officer Sonipat, Haryana as the Competent Authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stratch of land from Km. 53.000 to Km. 54.000 of NH-1 for building (widening/8-laning/Toll plaza, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Haryana as specified in the schedule given below.
