का.आ. 3483(अ).—यतः मै. हिन्डालको इन्डस्ट्रीय लिमिटेड, ने मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के ग्राम बरगावन, तहसील देवसर, जिला सगरोली में एल्युमिनियम सेक्टर के लिए एक क्षेत्रा विशिष्ट विशेष आथक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आथक जोन अध्निियम, 2005;2005 का 28द्ध ;जिससे एतद््पश्चात उक्त अध्निियम कहा गया हैद्ध की धरा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया थाऋ
और, यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आथक जोन नियम 2006 के नियम 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्याआ का. आ. 493;अद्धदिनांक 19 मार्च, 2012 द््वारा उपर्युक्त विशेष आथक जोन में 111.89 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रा को अध्सिूचित कर दिया थाऋ
और, यतः मै. हिन्डालको इन्डस्ट्रीय लिमिटेड ने अब उक्त विशेष आथक जोन के 111.89 हेक्टेयर के सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्रा को अनाध्सिूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया हैऋ
और, यतः, मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने उनकेे दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2015 के पत्रा सं. एपफ 16-12/2015/बी-11 के तहत प्रस्ताव को अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्रा दे दिया हेैऋ
और, यतः, विकास आयुक्त, इंदोर विशेष आथक जोन ने विशेष आथक जोन के 111.89 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्रा को अनाध्सिूचित करने के प्र्रस्ताव की संस्तुति की है ऋ
अतः इसलिए केन्द सरकार, विशेष आथक जोन नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्दवारा उक्त अध्सिूचना को इस उत्सादन से पूर्व किए गए कार्यों या किए जाने के लिए लोपित को छोड़कर, रद्द करती है।

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2015
S.O. 3483(E).—. Whereas, M/s. Hindalco Industries Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Aluminium at Village Bargawan, District Singrauli in the State of Madhya Pradesh;
And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified an area of 111.89 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S. O. 493(E) dated 19th March, 2012;
And, whereas, M/s. Hindalco Industries Limited has proposed to de-notify the entire area of 111.89 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;
And, whereas, the State Government of Madhya Pradesh has given its "No Objection' to the proposal vide letter No. F.16-12/2015/B-11 dated 20th March, 2015.
And, whereas, the Development Commissioner, Indore Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 111.89 Hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
