काकाकाका.आआआआ. 3473473473479999((((अअअअ)))).— जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा कें (cid:23)ीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन) नियमावली, 1975 के िनयम 23 के साथ पठनीय भारतीय चिकित्सा कें (cid:23)ीय परिषद् अिधिनयम, 1970 (1970 का 48) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अनुसरण में सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृ त विश्वविद्यालय, वाराणसी (उत्तर प्रदेश) के लिए आयुव1द, सि2 और यूनानी चिकित्सा प2तियों में प्रत्येक के एक सदस्य का निर्वाचन उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुव1द संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से किया गया है।
अत: अब उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते =ए, कें (cid:23) सरकार एत?ारा भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अिधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 (अ) तारीख 21 अगस्त, 1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2015
S.O. 3479(E).— Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council(Election) Rules,1975, one members each of the Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani Systems of medicine for the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi(Uttar Pradesh) have been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty of the said University.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare S.O. Number 3259 (E), dated the 21st August,1971, namely:- .
In the Table, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-Section (1) of section 3", against the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi, for the entries in columns 2, 3 and 4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
