काकाकाका.आआआआ.3434343480808080((((अअअअ)))).— के न्(cid:15) सरकार ने, स्थायी सलाहकार समिति द्वारा उसे की गई सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात् दिनांक 13 फरवरी, 2015 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 527(अ) द्वारा, उस आदेश की अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) में विनि2दष्ट वस्तुओं के संबंध में निदेश दिया था कि वे आपू7त अथवा वितरण के लिए पटसन पैके जिग साम=ी में ऐसी न्यूनतम प्रतिशतता में, जैसे कि वर्ष 2014-15 अर्थात् 30 जून, 2015 तक के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनि2दष्ट हैं, पैक की जाएंगी ।
और जबकि के न्(cid:15) सरकार ने 23 जून, 2015 के आदेश सं. का. आ.1676(अ) के माध्यम से 30 सितम्बर, 2015 को समाप्त होने वाले उपरोक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से तीन मास की अवधि के लिए कर दिया है तथा दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2015 के उक्त आदेश सं. का. आ. 2640(अ) के माध्यम से उक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का आगे विस्तार उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से तीन महीने की अवधि अर्थात् 31 दिसम्बर, 2015 तक के िलए कर दिया है।
अत: अब, के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, पटसन पैके जिग साम=ी (वस्तु पैQकग में अनिवार्य प्रयोग) अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 10) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Sए एतTारा निदेश देती है कि 31 दिसम्बर, 2015 को समाप्त होने वाले उपरोक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से तीन मास की अवधि अर्थात् 31 मार्च, 2016 तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए किया जाएगा।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2015
S.O. 3480(E).—Whereas the Central Government after considering the recommendations made to it by the Standing Advisory Committee, had directed by order number S.O. 527(E), dated the 13th February, 2015, that the commodities specified in column (2) of the Schedule to that order, shall be packed in jute packaging material, for supply or distribution, in such minimum percentage, as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Schedule, for the year 2014-2015, i.e., upto the 30th June, 2015;
And whereas the Central Government extended the validity of the said order vide order number S.O.1676(E), dated the 23rd June, 2015, for a period of three months from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, upto the 30th September, 2015 and again extended the validity of the said order vide order number S.O.2640(E), dated the 28th September, 2015, for a period of three months from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, upto the 31st December, 2015 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby directs that the validity of the aforesaid order, expiring on the 31st December, 2015, shall be extended for a further period of three months i.e. the upto 31st March, 2016 from the date of expiry of the said order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
