काकाकाका.आआआआ.3434343482828282((((अअअअ)))).—जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद (संशोधन) अध्यादेश, 2013 की धारा 3क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते /ए भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद का दिनांक 06 नवंबर, 2013 को पुनर्गठन किया गया था;
जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 102) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के ख;ड (ख) के प्रावधान के अनुसरण में कें ? सरकार ने प्रत्येक वि@विद्यालय से एक सदस्य के निर्वाचन की प्रCिया शुD की है और यह निर्वाचन वि@विद्यालय के चिकित्सा संकाय के सदस्यों में से किया जाएगा ।
और जबकि स्वामी विवेकानंद सुभारती वि@विद्यालय द्वारा यथासूचित डा. (Jीमती) मुक्ति भटनागर को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से चार वषL के लिए भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद के सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित किया गया है ।
अतः अब उपयु र्क्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में कें ? सरकार स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 1960 के तत्कालीन सा.आ. 138 में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में एतSारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में दिनांक 6 नवंबर, 2013 के 3324(अ) का.आ. में अंतिम प्रविष्टि और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के उपरांत निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

इसमें अंतिम संशोधन भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद (संशोधन) द्वितीय अध्यादेश, 2013 (2013 का 11) द्वारा किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th December, 2015
S.O. 3482(E).— Whereas on 06th November, 2013, the Medical Council of India was re-constituted in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013;
And, whereas the Central Government, in pursuance of Clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) has caused for election of one member from each University to be elected from amongst the members of medical faculty of the University.
And, whereas as informed by the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Dr. (Smt) Mukti Bhatnagar has been elected as a member of the Medical Council of India for four years with effect from the date of issue of this notification.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Health number S.O. 138 dated 9th January, 1960, namely:-
In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare number S.O. 3324(E) dated 06th November, 2013, after the last entry and entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:
