काकाकाका....आआआआ....3505(अ)3505(अ)3505(अ)3505(अ)....----केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962, (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण, में तारीख 15 दिसम्बर 2012 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 3583 नई दिल्ली, 14 दिसम्बर 2012 में निम्नलिखित रूप से संशोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में ''श्री अरूण कुमार झा, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, पटना-मोतीहारी-बैतालपुर शाखा पाइपलाइन एण्ड पीएचबीपीएल संवर्धन परियोजना पाइपलाइंस डिवीजन, इंडियन ऑयल कॉरर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड डाकघर धेल्वान, वाया-लोहिया नगर सिपारा, पटना, बिहार-800020'' शब्दो और अंकाें के स्थान पर ''श्री अरूण कुमार झा, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, पटना-मोतिहारी-बैतालपुर शाखा पाइपलाइन, पीएचबीपीएल संवर्धन परियोजना एवं पाइपलाइन प्रतिस्थापना (बी के पी एल), पाइपलाइन्स डिविजन, इंडियन ऑयल कॉरर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, एम-3/37, श्री कृष्णा पुरी पटना, बिहार-800001''

यह अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी एवं पूर्व अधिसूचना का. आ. 1340 (अ) दिनांक 21 मई, 2014 का स्थान लेगी ।

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2015

S.O. 3505 (E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas No. S.O. 3583 dated the New Delhi 14th December, 2012 published in the Gazette of India on the 15th December, 2012 namely:- 5420 GI/2015 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] In the said Notification, for the numbers and words, "Shri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority, Patna- Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline & Augmentation of PHBPL Pipelines Division Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. P.O. Dhelwan, Via-Lohiya Nagar, Sipara, Patna, Bihar-800020" the numbers and words " Sri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline, Augmentation of PHBPL and Pipeline Replacement ( BKPL),

Pipelines Division, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, M-3/37 Sri Krishna Puri, Patna, Bihar-800001" shall be substituted.

This notification is applicable from the date of issue and supersedes earlier notification vide S.O. 1340 (E) published on 21st May 2014.
