सासासासा....का.का.का.का.िनिनिनिन. . . . 1000100010001000(अ(अ(अ(अ))))....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:29)ए राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, महािनदेशक, सामान्य के न्)ीय सेवा (समूह 'क' राजपत्रित) भर्ती नियम, 2014 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, महािनदेशक, सामान्य के न्)ीय सेवा (समूह 'क' राजपत्रित) भर्ती संशोधन नियम, 2015 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, महािनदेशक, सामान्य के न्)ीय सेवा (समूह 'क' राजपत्रित) भर्ती िनयम, 2014 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ 12 में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात :
''खोज-सह-चयन समिति में निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे :
1. मंत्रिमंडल सचिव - अध्यक्ष
2. प्रधानमंत्री के अपर प्रधान सचिव - सदस्य
3. सचिव, काIमक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग - सदस्य
4. सचिव (संस्कृ ित) - सदस्य
5. संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय द्वारा संस्तुत पांच विशेषMों में से प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा नामित
किए जाने वाले संरक्षण या रसायन शास्त्र या जैव रसायन शास्त्र या भौितक
शास्त्र या भू-विMान या वनस्पति शास्त्र या प्राणी विMान या सामPी विMान
या धातु विMान के क्षेत्रों के एक या अधिक क्षेत्रों से लिए गए तीन विशेषM -सदस्य 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] टिप् पटिप् पटिप् पटिप् पणणणण: : : : खोज-सह-चयन समिति सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र में उत्कृ ष्ट योग्यता वाले Tयक्तियों का पता लगाने और उस पर विचार करने के लिए उचित नम्य प्रUिया अपनाएगी।'' [फा. सं. 8-20/2010-एम-II]

टिप्प्णटिप्प्णटिप्प्णटिप्प्ण : : : : मूल िनयम तारीख 5 फरवरी, 2014 की सा.का.नि. संख्या 80(अ) द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र के भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किए गए थे और पश्चातवर्ती संशोधन तारीख 1 मई, 2014 की सा.का.नि. सं. 304(अ) द्वारा किया गया।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2015
G.S.R. 1000(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Director General, General Central Services (Group 'A'- Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Director General, General Central Services (Group 'A'- Gazetted) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Director General, General Central Services (Group 'A'- Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2014, in column 12, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"The Search-cum-Selection Committee consisting of:—
1. Cabinet Secretary —Chairman 2. Additional Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister —Member 3. Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training —Member 4. Secretary, Culture —Member 5. Three experts drawn from one or more of the fields of Conservation or Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Physics or Geology or Botany or Zoology or Material Science or Metallurgy to be nominated by the Prime Minister from amongst five experts recommended by the Ministry of Culture —Members.
Note: The Search-cum-Selection Committee shall adopt such flexible procedure as it deems fit for seeking out and considering names of persons of outstanding ability in the respective field".
