का.का.का.का.आआआआ.... 3520352035203520(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....———— जबकि, के न्(cid:22)ीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ,ए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रयोजनार्थ शहर सिविल एवं सत्र न्यायालय, मु ंबई को दिनांक 25 जून, 2011 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-।।, ख7ड-3, उप-ख7ड (iiiiiiii) में प्रकाशित 25 जून, 2011 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1454 (ड.) के तहत विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था, जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्य था;
2. और जबकि, Eी सुधीर पुरूषोत्तम कु लकर्णी, शहर सिविल एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश, Gेटर बॉम्बे, जिन्हें दिनांक 3 अक्तूबर, 2013 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-।।, ख7ड-3, उप-ख7ड (iiiiiiii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 03 अक्तूबर, 2013 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2995 (ड.) के तहत उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था, का स्थानान्तरण हो गया है।
3. अत: अब, के न्(cid:22)ीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-11 की उप धारा (3) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ,ए तथा दिनांक 03 अक्तूबर, 2013 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-।।, ख7ड-3, उप-ख7ड (iiiiiiii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 03 अक्तूबर, 2013 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2995 (ड.) का अधिOमण करते ,ए, सिवाय उन कायP के जिन्हें ऐसे अधिOमण के पूर्व सम्पादित कर लिया गया है अथवा करने से लोप कर दिया गया है, उSच न्यायालय, मु ंबई के 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश की सिफारिश पर Eी नीनाजी ख7डू मोरे, शहर िसिवल एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश, Gेटर बॉम्बे को एतVारा, उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करती है। [[[[सं. 17011/50/2009सं. 17011/50/2009सं. 17011/50/2009सं. 17011/50/2009----आई एसआई एसआई एसआई एस----VIVIVIVI ((((IVIVIVIV))))]]]]

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2015
S.O. 3520(E).—Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(1) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008(34 of 2008), had, vide notification number S.O.1454(E), dated 25th June, 2011, published in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th June, 2011, notified the City Civil and Sessions Court, Bombay, as a Special Court for the purposes of sub-section(1) of section 11 of the said Act having jurisdiction throughout the State of Maharashtra for the trial of Schedule Offences;
2. And whereas, Shri Sudhir Purshotham Kulkarni, City Civil and Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay, who was appointed as a Judge to preside over the said Special Court vide notification number S.O. 2995(E), dated 3rd October, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) dated the 3rd October, 2013, has been transferred;
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the said Act, and in supersession of the notification number S.O. 2995 (E), dated 3rd October, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) dated the 3rd October, 2013, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government on the recommendation of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court, Bombay hereby appoints Shri Ninaji Khandu More, City Civil and Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay, as the Judge to preside over the said Special Court.
