का.का.का.का.आआआआ.... 3522352235223522(अ(अ(अ(अ))))....———— के न्(cid:21)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 0ए, भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-II, ख6ड-3, उप ख6ड (ii) में दिनांक 16 अक्तूबर, 2015 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 16 अक्तूबर, 2015 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2874(अ) में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा सं. 3 के अंत में ''सम्पूर्ण आंG प्रदेश राज्य के क्षेत्राधिकार युक्त'' को ''सम्पूर्ण तेलंगाना राज्य के क्षेत्राधिकार युक्त'' शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2015
S.O. 3522(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 2874(E) dated 16th October, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th October, 2015 namely:—
In the said notification the words at the end of para 3 "having jurisdiction through out the State of Andhra Pradesh" shall be substituted by the words "having jurisdiction through out the State of Telangana".
