का.का.का.का.आआआआ.... 3521352135213521(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....———— जबकि, के न्(cid:22)ीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संद)भत किया गया है) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (6) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 7ए, दिनांक 09 जनवरी, 2012 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, ख<ड-3, उप-ख<ड (ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 09 जनवरी, 2012 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 45 (अ) के तहत अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश-01, पटियाला हाउस न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 के उप-ख<ड (9) के अंतर्गत कार्य संचालन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण विशेष न्यायालय अर्थात् जिला न्यायाधीश-IV-सह-अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश प्रभारी, नई दिल्ली पुिलस िजला, पटियाला हाउस, नई दिल्ली में अपर न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त किया था;
और जबकि, सुIी नीना बंसल कृ ष्णा, जिन्हें दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2014 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, ख<ड-3, उप-ख<ड (ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3002(अ) के तहत उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (9) के अंतर्गत कार्य संचालन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण विशेष न्यायालय के अपर न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था, का स्थानातंरण हो गया है;
अत: अब, के न्(cid:22)ीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-11 की उप-धारा (6) एवं (9) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 7ए तथा 27 नवम्बर, 2014 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3002(अ) का अधिPमण करते 7ए, सिवाय उन कायQ के जिन्हें ऐसे अधिPमण के पूर्व सम्पादित कर लिया गया था अथवा करने के लिए छोड दिया गया था, दिल्ली उTच न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश की सिफारिश पर Iी राके श पंडित को एतद्द्वारा, उक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजनार्थ उक्त विशेष न्यायालय में अपर न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2015
S.O.3521(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government had, vide notification number S.O. 45(E), dated the 9th January, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th January, 2012, appointed the Additional Sessions Judge-01, Patiala House Court, New Delhi as Additional Judge to the National Investigation Agency Special Court i.e. the District Judge-IV-cum-Additional Sessions Judge in-charge, New Delhi Police District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi for conducting the business under sub-section (9) of Section 11 of the said Act;
And whereas, Ms. Neena Bansal Krishna, who was appointed as the Additional Judge to the National Investigation Agency Special Court for conducting the business under sub-section (9) of the Section 11 of the said Act vide notification S.O. 3002(E), dated the 27th November, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 27th November, 2014, has been transferred;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (6) and (9) of Section 11 of the said Act and in supersession of the notification number No. S.O. 3002(E) dated 27th November, 2014, except as regard to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi, hereby appoints Shri Rakesh Pandit as the Additional Judge to the said Special Court for the purposes of the said Act.
