सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 1021102110211021((((अअअअ))))....————भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग), िनयमावली, 1954 के िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (2) के साथ पठित, अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए, के न्) सरकार, नागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतn~द्वारा निम्निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का िनयतन) चौथा संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2015 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में नागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंड शीर्षक और उसके अन्तर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत प्रतिस्थािपत किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: - """"नागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंडनागालैंड

G.S.R. 1021(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Nagaland, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:—
1. (i) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2015.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the heading "Nagaland" and the entries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted namely:—

सा.का.(cid:5)न. 1022(अ).—अिखल भारतीय सेवा अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते <ए, के न्. सरकार नागालैंड सरकार से परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतAारा निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
1. (i) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) चौथा संशोधन िनयमावली, 2015 है।
(ii) ये िनयम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2007 में :-
(क) तािलका "अनुसूची-II-भाग क में", राज्य सरकारों के अंतर्गत भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से अिधक वेतन वाले पदों में, प्रथम कॉलम में नागालैंड प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत प्रतिस्थािपत किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :—
