का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 3553355335533553(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————कें (cid:3)ीय सरकार, पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अिधिनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:26)ए भारत सरकार, पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 2003 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 489 (अ) का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—
उक्त आदेश में, पैरा 1 में, "बारह वर्ष और आठ माह" की अविध के िलए" शब्दों के स्थान पर "तेरह वर्ष और आठ माह की अविध के िलए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 3553(E).—In exersice of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forests number S.O. 489(E), dated the 30th April, 2003, namely:—
In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words "for a period of twelve years and eight months" the words "for a period of thirteen years and eight months" shall be substituted.
