सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 1027(अ)1027(अ)1027(अ)1027(अ).—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ग) के अनुसरण में और दिनांक 3.7.2014 के भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन (पत्तन स्कंध) के सा.का.नि. सं. 429(अ) के अधिक्रमण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा निम्न तालिका में कॉलम-3 में विनिर्दिष्ट संख्या में व्यक्तियों को कॉलम-2 में दर्शाए हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए 01.04.2016 से 31.03.2018 तक की अवधि के लिए विशाखापट्टणम पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में नियुक्त करती है।

G.S.R. 1027(E).—In pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 429(E), dated 03-07-2014, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below to be appointed to represent the interests mentioned in column (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Visakhapatnam for the period from 01.4.2016 to 31.03.2018:
