काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 28282828(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ).—यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि गुजरात राज्य में 8" व्यास आयल पाइपलाइन ,अंकलेश्वर सीटीऐफ से सीपीएफ गंद्यार तक एक पाइपलाइन ओएनजीसी लिमिटेड द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिए।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उस पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में, जिसके भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है, और जो इस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्व अनुसूची में वर्णित है, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए।

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्र्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962(1962 का 50) की धारा. 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती हैं।

कोई भी व्यक्ति जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्व है, उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथाप्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियां साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूमि के भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाने के अधिकार के अर्जन के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी ऑयल एन्ड नेचुरल गैस कोरपोरेशन लिमिटेड, ओएनजीसी परिसर अंंकलेश्वर परिसम्पति, अंंकलेश्वर-393010 (गुजरात) को लिखित रूप से आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

और ऐसा आक्षेप करने वाला हर व्यक्ति विनिर्दिष्टतः यह भी कथन करेगा कि क्या वह चाहता है कि उसकी सुनवाई व्यक्तिगत रूप से हो या किसी विधि व्यवसायी के द्वारा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2015

S. O. 28(E). Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transport of petroleum from 8" Dia Oil PipeLine from Ankleshwar CTF to Gandhar CPF in Gujarat State should be laid by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

And whereas it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline it is necessary to acquire that Right of User in the land described in the schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the Section-6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Provided that any person interested in the said land may within 21 days from the date of this notification, object to the laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Shed No. 32, ONGC CAMPUS, ANKLESHWAR ASSET, ANKLESHWAR – 390010 (GUJARAT).

And every person making such objection shall also state specifically whether he wishes to be heard in person or by legal practitioner.
