सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 11112222(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ).—के न्(cid:5)ीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/2012 सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012, सा.का. नि. 185(अ), तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में प्रकाशित (cid:30)ई थी, में निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(क) सारणी में Bम सं. 359 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित Bम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतस्थािपत की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
| "359क | 84 या कोई अन् य अध् याय | माHजनल फील् ड पोलिसी (एमएफपी) के अधीन विनिKदष् ट संविदाओं क े अधीन की जाने वाली पेट्रोलियम संBियाओं के संबंध में अपेक्षित स ूची 13 में विनिKदष् ट माल । | श ून् य | श ून् य | 44"; |
(ख) अनुबंध में, "शर्त" शीर्ष के अधीन शर्त सं. 44 में :-
(i) उपवाक्य (क) में, "कोयला संस्तर मेथेन नीित" शब्दों के पश्चात "माHजनल फील्ड पोलिसी के निबंधनों के अनुसार 14 अक्तूबर, 2015 को या उसके पश्चात" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर अंत:स्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th January, 2016
No. 2/2016-Customs
G.S.R. 12(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17th March, 2012, namely:-
In the said notification,- (a) in the Table, after serial number 359 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely :-
| "359A | 84 or any other Chapter | Goods specified in List 13 required in connection with petroleum operations undertaken under specified contracts under the Marginal Field Policy (MFP). | Nil | Nil | 44"; |
(b) in the ANNEXURE, in the column under the heading "Conditions", in Condition No. 44,- (i) in clause (a), after the words "Coal Bed Methane Policy", the words, figures and letters, "or on or after the 14th day of October, 2015 in terms of the Marginal Field Policy" shall be inserted;
(ii) in clause (b), in sub-clause (i), after the words "Coal Bed Methane Policy", the words "or the Marginal Field Policy" shall be inserted;
(iii) in clause (c), in sub-clause (i), after the words "Coal Bed Methane Policy", the words "or the Marginal Field Policy" shall be inserted.

Note.- The principal notification No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17th March, 2012 and last amended by notification No. 61/2015-Customs, dated the 30th December, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 1020(E), dated the 30th December, 2015.
