काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 44442222((((अअअअ).).).).———— कें (cid:8)ीय सरकार, कें (cid:8)ीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के िनयम 124 के उपिनयम (1) के साथ पठित मोटर यान अिधिनयम, 1988 (1988 का 59) की धारा 109 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, भारत सरकार पूर्व जहाजरानी, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में तारीख 13 दिसंबर, 2014 को प्रकाशित, अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1365(अ), तारीख 13 दिसंबर, 2004 में निम्नलििखत और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :—

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी ख के प7ात "सुरक्षा मानकों के लिए ई रिक्शा का सत्यापन" से सबंधित पैरा में, "ई रिक्शा रजिस्टर्ड संघ" शब्दों से प्रारंभ होने वाले भाग और "विद्यमान मॉडलों के साथ प्रदान करेगा" शब्दों के साथ समाप्त होने वाले भाग के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-

"रजिस्ट्रीकृ त ई रिक्शा संघ या Eष्टि, 31 दिसंबर, 2015 को या उससे पूर्व, सबंधित राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के परिवहन विभाग को विद्यमान ई रिक्शा और विद्यमान मॉडलों की सूची पर रोक लगाने के प्रयोजन के िलए 8 अक्टूबर 2014 को या इससे पूर्व ई रिक्शा की प्रमाणित सूचियों के ब्यौरे, जो Eष्टियों के स्वामित्वधीन हैं और स्वामियों के नाम सहित और विद्यमान मॉडल की सूची उपलब्ध कराएंगे ।

टिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पण : मूल अिधसूचना, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (ii) में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1365(अ), तारीख 13 दिसंबर, 2004 को प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2590(अ), तारीख 8 अक्तू बर, 2014 को संशोधित की गई थी ।

S.O. 42(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 109 and clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 124 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) No. S.O. 1365(E) dated the 13th December, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) dated the 13th December, 2014, namely,:-

In the said notification, after table B, in the paragraph relating to "Verification of E-rickshaws for safety standard", for the portion beginning with "The registered E-rickshaws Association shall, on or before" and ending with "list of existing E-rickshaw and existing models", the following shall be substituted namely :—

"The registered E-rickshaw Associations or Individual(s) shall, on or before the 31st December, 2015, provide a certified list of E-rickshaws or details of E-rickshaw owned by the individuals with name of owners and the models existing on or before 8th October, 2014 to the transport department of the concerned State Government or Union Territory for the purpose of freezing the list of existing E-rickshaws and existing models."
