का. आ. 44 ;अद्ध.—नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद अध्निियम, 1994 ;1994 का 44द्ध, की धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्‌्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, श्री दिलीप कुमार, संयुक्त सचिव ;संघ राज्य क्षेत्राद्ध, गृृह मंत्राालय, भारत सरकार को नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद्‌्‌ ;एनडीएमसीद्ध के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजन से, सरकारी राजपत्रा में इस अध्सिूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से गृृह मंत्राालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 05 सितम्बर, 2014 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 2239 ;अ.द्ध में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्‌्‌ :-

उक्त अध्सिूचना में, पैरा 1 में, मद संख्या ;गद्ध;iद्ध के लिए और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित मद संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात :-

'';iद्ध श्री दिलीप कुमार

संयुक्त सचिव ;संघ राज्य क्षेत्राद्ध गृृह मंत्राालय भारत सरकार''

नोट :- मूल अध्सिूचना का.आ.सं. 2239;अद्ध दिनांक 05 सितम्बर, 2014 के तहत भारत के राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसके उपरांत का.आ. सं. 2827;अद्ध दिनांक 05 नवम्बर, 2014, का.आ. सं. 609;अद्ध दिनांक 24 पफरवरी, 2015, का.आ. सं. 681;अद्ध दिनांक 05 मार्च, 2015 और का.आ. सं. 1848;अद्ध दिनांक 08 जुलाई, 2015 के तहत संशोध्ति की गई थी ।

S. O. 44(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Dilip Kumar, Joint Secretary (UT), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India as a member of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), and for that purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, number S.O. 2239(E), dated 5th September, 2014 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for Item No.(c)(i) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and entry shall be substituted namely:—

"(i) Shri Dilip Kumar

Joint Secretary(UT) Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India

Note:— The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide number S.O.2239(E) dated 5th September, 2014 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 2827(E) dated 5th November, 2014, S.O. 609(E) dated 24th February, 2015, S.O. 681(E) dated 5th March, 2015 and S.O. 1848(E) dated 8th July, 2015.
