काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 76767676(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....—यतः, मै. स्टेट इण्डस्ट्रियल प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन आफॅ तमिलनाडु लिमिटेड ने तमिलनाडु राज्य में तमिलनाडु औद्योगिक काम्पलेक्स के स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन, कार्पोरेशन, रानीपेट फेज-3, मुकुँतारायपुरम गांव, वालाजाह तालुक, वेल्लोर जिले में चर्म क्षेत्र केे लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2007 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1992(अ), में 104.76.0 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया;

और यतः, मै. स्टेट इण्डस्ट्रियल प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन आफॅ तमिलनाडु लिमिटेड के अनुरोध पर केन्द्र सरकार ने पत्र दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2009 द्वारा चर्म क्षेत्र से इंजीनियरिग क्षेत्र में परिवर्तित किया;

और यतः, मै. स्टेट इण्डस्ट्रियल प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन आफॅ तमिलनाडु लिमिटेड ने अब उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 50.60.7 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यतः, तमिलनाडु सरकार ने उनके दिनांक 06.04.2015 के पत्र संख्या नम्बर 2 (डी) नम्बर 9 के तहत प्रस्ताव को अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र दे दिया है;

और यतः विकास आयुक्त, मद्रास विशेष आर्थिक जोन ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन के 50.60.7 हैक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने के प्रस्ताव की संस्तुति की है;

और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य सम्बंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है;

अतः अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 50.60.7 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करती है, जिसके परिमाणतः कुल क्षेत्र 54.15.3 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा, जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैंं, अर्थात्‌ः-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2016

S.O. 76(E).—Whereas, M/s. State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Leather Sector at State Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial Complex, Ranipet Phase – III, Mukuntharayapuram village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District in the State of Tamil Nadu;

And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, had notified an area of 104.76.0 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Numbers S.O. 1992 (E), dated 27th November, 2007;

And, whereas, the Central Government, approved the request of M/s. State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu for change of sector from "Leather sector to Engineering Goods, vide letter dated 27th February, 2009;

And, whereas, M/s. State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu has now proposed for de- notification of 50.60.7 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone;

And, whereas, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No. 2 (D) No.9, dated 6th April, 2015;

And, whereas, the Development Commissioner, Madras Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 50.60.7 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

Now, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 50.60.7 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 54.15.3 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:-
