ककककाााा....अअअआााा.... 80(अअअअ).— मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 58 की उपधारा (3) एवं धारा 110 की उप-धारा (3) (अ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 03.12.2015 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3267(अ) के द्वारा मै. नमक्कल ट्रांसपोर्ट कैरियर्स प्रा0 लि0, चैन्नई के इकतीस सेमी ट्रेलर के रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु माप में छूट प्रदान की थी। उक्त अधिसूचना के अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 2 में चैसिस संख्या के स्थान पर गोल्डहॉफर क्रम संख्या एवं स्तम्भ 3 में गोल्डहॉफर क्रम संख्या के स्थान चैसिस संख्या पढ़ा जाए। पुनः निम्नलिखित दो सेमी ट्रेलर को अधिसूचना के अनुसूची के 32वें एवं 33वें स्थान पर सम्मिलित किया जाता है :

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th January, 2016

S.O. 80(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3267(E) dated 03.12.2015 had allowed relaxation in dimension in respect of thirty one semi-trailers of M/s Namakkal Transport Carriers (P) Ltd., Chennai for their registration. In the schedule of the above notification, the heading of column 2 may be read as "Goldhofer Serial No." in place of "Chassis No." and the heading of column 3 may be read as "Chassis No." in place of 134 GI/2016 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] "Goldhofer Serial No.". Further, the following two semi-trailers may be included in the list of semi-trailers of the schedule of the notification at Sl.No.32 and 33:
