सा.का.नन. 22(अ).— अनखल भारतीय र्सेाएं अनधननयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (।) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार, संबंनधत रा(cid:6996)य सरकार(cid:7298) के पराम(cid:6981) से, अनखल भारतीय र्सेाएं (संयु(cid:6989)त र्संग(cid:6981)) ननयर्माली, 1972 म(cid:7286) आगे और संोधन करने हेतु एतद(cid:7367)ारा नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम बनाती है, अा(cid:6981)त,-
1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) को अनखल भारतीय र्सेाएं (संयु(cid:6989)त र्संग(cid:6981)) संोधन ननयर्माली, 2016 कहा ाि सके गा।
(2) ये सरकारी रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इनके (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख से लागू ह(cid:7298)गे ।
2. अनखल भारतीय र्सेाएं (संयु(cid:6989)त र्संग(cid:6981)) ननयर्माली, 1972 के ननयम 4 म(cid:7286), उप ननयम (2) के नलए नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत उप ननयम (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कया ािएगा, नामत:
"(2) र्संैधाननक रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सरकार(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)नतनननध, न(िcid:7008)ह(cid:7286) ऐसे रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सरकार(cid:7298) (cid:7367)ारा र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7020)ट (cid:7408)कया गया है, अनखल भारतीय र्सेा के सद(cid:7021)य ह(cid:7298)गे।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2016
G.S.R. 22(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Governments of the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the All India Services (Joint Cadre) Rules, 1972, namely:-
1. (i) These Regulations may be called the All India Services (Joint Cadre) Amendment Rules, 2016 (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 4 of the All India Services (Joint Cadre) Rules, 1972, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The representatives of the Governments of the Constituent States, as specified by the Governments of such States, shall be members of an All India Service."
