सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....18181818((((अअअअ))))....—के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार, वास्तुविद अधिनियम, 1972 (1972 का 20) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ए, वास्तुकला परिषद से परामर्श करके , यह िनदेश देती है कि योजना तथा वास्तुकला विद्यालय अिधिनयम, 2014 (2014 का 37) की धारा 4 के अधीन निगमित योजना तथा वास्तुकला विद्यालय द्वारा प्रदत्त वास्तुकला में बैचलर डि0ी (बी आर्क ) वास्तुविद अधिनियम, 1972 (1972 का 20) के प्रयोजन के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त अर्हता होगी और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए वास्तुविद अधिनियम, 1972 (1972 का 20) की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—
वास्तुविद अधिनियम, 1972 की अनुसूची में 9म संख्या 13 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित 9म संख्या और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—
फ्13. योजना और वास्तुकला विद्यालय अिधिनयम, 2014 (2014 का 37) की धारा 4 के अधीन िनगिमत योजना तथा वास्तुकला विद्यालय द्वारा प्रदत्त स्थापत्यकला में बैचलर डि0ी (बी आर्क )य्

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2016
G.S.R. 18(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council of Architecture, hereby directs that the Degree of Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) awarded by a School of Planning and Architecture incorporated under section 4 of the School of Planning and Architecture Act, 2014 (37 of 2014) shall be a recognised qualification for the purposes of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the Schedule to the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), namely :—
In the Schedule to the Architects Act, 1972, –
for serial number 13 and the entry relating thereto the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:— "13. Degree of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) awarded by a School of Planning and Architecture incorporated under section 4 of the School of Planning and Architecture Act, 2014 (37 of 2014)."
