काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 88888888((((अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार, वास्तुविद परिषद् नियम, 1973 के िनयम 23, 24 और 25 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, वास्तुिवद अिधिनयम, 1972 (1972 का 20) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन वास्तुविद परिषद् के अध्यक्ष और उपाध्यक्ष के पदों की रिक्तियों और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन उक्त परिषद् की कार्य परिषद् के सदस्यों के पदों में पांच रिक्तियों को अधिसूचित करती है और वास्तुविद परिषद् नियम, 1973 के उपबंधों के अधीन निर्वाचन संचालित करने के प्रयोजन के लिए 5ी अमित शुक्ला, िनदेशक, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, उ7च शिक्षा विभाग, कमरा सं. 101-ए, डी विग, शास्त्री भवन, नई दिल्ली (दूरभाष सं. 23385365) को उक्त िनयम के िनयम 2 के खंड (घ) के अधीन 'िनर्वाचन अिधकारी' नियुक्त करती है ।
2. निर्वाचन अधिकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 90 दिनों के भीतर निर्वाचन प्र=िया पूरी करेंगे ।

New Delhi, the 11th January, 2016
S.O. 88(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 23, 24 and 25 of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby notifies the vacancies in the offices of the President and the Vice-President of the Council of Architecture to be elected under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972) and five vacancies in the office of members of the Executive Committee of the said Council to be elected under sub-section (2) of section 10 of the said Act and for the purpose of conducting elections under the provisions of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, hereby appoint Shri Amit Shukla, Director in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Room No. 100-A, D Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi (Telephone- 23385365), as 'Returning Officer' under clause (d) of rule 2 of the said rules.
2. The Returning Officer shall complete the election process within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

सदस्यों के 5 पदों की रिक्तियों को अधिसूचित करती है और वास्तुविद परिषद् नियम, 1973 के उपबंधों के अधीन निर्वाचन

2. निर्वाचन अधिकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 60 दिनों के भीतर निर्वाचन प्र<िया पूरी करेंगे ।

S.O. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby notifies five vacancies of members of the Council of Architecture to be elected under the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Architects Act, 1972 and for the purpose of conducting elections under the provisions of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973 hereby appoint Shri Amit Shukla, Director in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Room No. 100-A, D Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi (Telephone-23385365) as 'Returning Officer' under clause (d) of rule 2 of the said rules.
2. The Returning Officer shall complete the election process within a period of sixty days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
