काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 90909090((((अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय स्वपरायणता, प्रमस्तिष्क घात, मानसिक मंदता और ब(cid:31)-निःशक्तता#स्त $क्ति कल्याण न्याय अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 44) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) तारीख 25 सितम्बर, 2000 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्यांक 881(अ), तारीख 22 सितम्बर, 2000 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अधिसूचना में, ?म संख्यांक 5 से 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2016
S.O. 90(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment number S.O. 881(E) dated the 22nd September, 2000 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 25th September, 2000, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial numbers 5 to 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"5 Shri M.G. Prakash, Karnataka Parents' Association For Mentally Retarded Citizens, Bangalore (Karnataka)
Member (Representative from association of parents of persons with disability – Mental retardation)
6. Ms. Indrani Basu, Action for Autism, South
Delhi (Delhi)
Member (Representative from association of parents of persons with disability – Autism)
7. Shri Anil Upendra Joshi, Sweekar Association of Parents of Mentally Retarded Children, Nagpur (Maharashtra)
