काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 111113131313(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1653(अ), तारीख 18 जुलाई, 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 20 जुलाई, 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

बिहार राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग न. 31 के लिए भू-अर्जन से संबंधित अनुसूची (कि.मी. 47677 से 154500)

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-

क्रम संख्या 10, 11 और 12 जिला नवादा से सम्बंधित कालम (2) में प्रविष्टि "श्री अनु कुमार, वरीय उप समाहर्ता नवादा" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, नवादा" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।

S.O. 113(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, number S.O.1653 (E), dated 18th July, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th July, 2012, namely:-

SCHEDULE

Acquisition of Land in respect of National Highway No. 31 in the State of Bihar on the stretch from Km. 47+677 to 154+500.

In the schedule to the said notification:-

Against serial number 10, 11 and 12, related to District Nawada under the column (2) for the entry "Shri Anu Kumar, Senior Deputy Collector, Nawada" the entry "District Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada" shall be substituted,;
