काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 133133133133((((अअअअ)))).————नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1979 (1979 का 5), नारियल विकास बोर्ड िनयमावली, 1981 के िनयम 4 के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उप-धारा (4) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए के न्( सरकार, सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से या प्रकाशन की तारीख को तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या जबसे वह इस प्रकार नियुक्त किया गया है, जब तक संबंधित सदस्य 7ेणी या हित का प्रतिनिधित्व करना बंद नह: करता है, जो भी पहले हो, निम्नलिखित <क्ति को नारियल विकास बोर्ड, को=ि के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, और उक्त उद्देश्य हेतु भारत सरकार, कृ षि मंत्रालय (कृ षि एवं सहकारिता िवभाग) की दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 21(अ), में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-

New Delhi, the 15th January, 2016

S.O. 133(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coconut Development Board, Kochi, for a period not exceeding three years, on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, or till the concerned members ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) published in the Gazette of India Part–II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), Extraordinary vide number S.O. 21(E), dated the 12th January, 1981, namely:-

In the said notification:- (i) under the heading "Appointed under clause (f) of sub-section (4) of section 4", for serial numbers 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
