संसंसंसं....भाभाभाभा....आआआआ....प/203(9)/2011-रजिप/203(9)/2011-रजिप/203(9)/2011-रजिप/203(9)/2011-रजि..../160/160/160/160999951515151....—भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 102) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए, "स्क्रीनिंग टैस्ट विनियमावली, 2002विनियमावली, 2002विनियमावली, 2002विनियमावली, 2002"""" में पुनः संशोधन करने हेतु, भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्, केंद्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामतः-
1. इन विनियमों को स्क्रीनिंग टैस्ट विनियमावली (संशोधन), 2015" कहा जाए।
2. वे सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
3. "स्क्रीनिंग टैस्ट विनियमावली, 2002" में निम्नलिखित अभिवर्धन/संशोधन/विलोप/ प्रतिस्थापन नीचे दर्शाए गए अनुसार होंगेः-
4. "पात्रता मापदंड" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत विनियम 4, जिसे दिनांक 23.12.2011 की अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत संशोधित किया गया था, जिसके द्वारा उप-खंड (4) जोड़ा गया था, में स्क्रीनिंग टैस्ट विनियमावली, 2002 के खंड 4(3) में निम्नलिखित परंतुक जोड़ा जाएगाः
"बशर्ते कि ऐसे मामलों में, जहां केंद्र सरकार को युद्ध, सिविल उपद्रव, बगावत, आंतरिक युद्ध की स्थिति या किसी ऐसी स्थिति की सूचना दी जाती है, जिसमें भारतीय नागरिक का जीवन संकट में है और ऐसी सूचना, उस देश में स्थित भारतीय दूतावास के जरिए दी गई है, तो परिषद् विदेश में स्थित उस संस्थान से चिकित्सा शिक्षा प्राप्त करने की शर्त में छूट देगी, जिसके संबंध में, उस देश में स्थित भारतीय दूतावास से सूचना प्राप्त हुई है।"

किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2016
No.MCI/203(9)/2011-Regn./160951.– In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Medical Council of India with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the "Screening Test Regulations, 2002" namely:-
1. These regulations may be called the "Screening Test Regulations (Amendment), 2015. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. In the "Screening Test Regulations, 2002", the following additions/modifications/deletions substitutions shall be, as indicated therein.
4. In regulation 4 under heading "Eligibility Criteria" which was amended vide notification dated 23.12.2011 whereby sub-clause (4) was added, the following proviso shall be added in Clause 4(3) of the Screening Test Regulation, 2002:-
"Provided in cases where Central Government is informed of condition of war, civil
unrest, rebellion, internal war or any such situation wherein life of Indian citizen is in
distress and such information has been received through the Indian Embassy in that
country then the Council shall relax the requirement of obtaining medical education:
from the same institute located abroad in respect of which communication has been
received from the Indian Embassy in that country."

Foot Note: The principal Regulations namely, "Screening Test Regulations, 2002" were published on 18th February, 2002 in Part III, Section 4 of the Gazette of India and amended vide Medical Council of India Notification dated the 28th June, 2003, 25th September, 2009, 16th April, 2010 and 23rd December, 2011.
