S.O. 161(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways 273 GI/2016 (1) THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 2 number S.O. 2734 (E) dated 10th September, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 10th September, 2013.

Competent Authority for land Acquisition in respect of NH-221 from Km. 0/0 to 70/200 relating to

District Krishna i.e. "Additional Joint Collector, Krishna" shall be replaced by "Additional Joint

Collector, Krishna/Joint Collector-I, Krishna/Joint Collector-II, Krishna."
