काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 177177177177((((अअअअ)))).—के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है कि, इससे उपाब(cid:25) अनुसूची में व!णत परिक्षेत्र की भूमि से कोयला अभिप्राप्त किए जाने की संभावना है ;

और, उक्त अनुसूची में व!णत भूमि के अंतर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र के ब्यौरे रेखांक संख्या एनटीपीसी/सीएम/एनसीबी/बीएन/15/01, तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 2015, का निरीक्षण, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (खोज प्रभाग), के न्(cid:12)ीय खान योजना एवं िडजाइन संस्थान, गोंदवाना प्लेस, कांके रोड, रांची - 834 001 या कोयला नियत्रक, 1, काउं िसल हाउस स्ट्रीट, कोलकाता - 700 001 के कार्यालय में या कलक्टर, िजला रायगढ़, छत्तीसगढ़ या महाप्रबंधक, तलईपाली कोल माइनिग प्रोजेक्ट, एन.टी.पी.सी. िलिमटेड, लालू ंगा रोड, घरघोड़ा, िजला रायगढ़, छत्तीसगढ़ या महाप्रबंधक (कोयला खनन), कोल माइनिग डिविजन, एनटीपीसी भवन, कोर-7, स्कोप काम्पलेक्स, 7, इंस्टीBूशनल एरिया, लोधी रोड, नई दिल्ली-110003 के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ;

अत:, अब, के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Hए उक्त अनुसूची में वIणत भूमि से कोयले का पूवJक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना देती है ;

उक्त अनुसूची में व!णत भूमि में हितब(cid:25) कोई Kयक्ति -

(i) उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन की गयी किसी कार्यवाही से Hई या होने वाली संभाKय किसी क्षति के लिए अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अधीन प्रतिकर का दावा कर सके गा ; अथवा

इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नब्बे दिन की अविध के भीतर, महा प्रबंधक,तलईपाली कोल माइनिग प्रोजेक्ट, एन.टी.पी.सी. िलिमटेड, लालू ंगा रोड, घरघोड़ा, िजला रायगढ़-496111, छत्तीसगढ़ या महाप्रबंधक (कोयला खनन), कोल माइनिग डिविजन, एनटीपीसी भवन, कोर-7, स्कोप काम्पलेक्स, 7, इंस्टीBूशनल एरिया, लोधी रोड, नई दिल्ली-110003 को भेजेंगे ।

क – क1 : रेखा Tाम बरकसपाली के उत्तर भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में जाती है और बिन्दु 'क1' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क1 – क2 : रेखा Tाम बनाई के दक्षिण पूर्वी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क1' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में जाती है और बिन्दु 'क2' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क2 – क3 : रेखा Tाम चारभाटा के उत्तर पूर्वी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क2' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में जाती है और घरघोड़ा-लालू ंगा सड़क के पास स्थित बिन्दु 'क3' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क3 – क4 : रेखा Tाम चारभांटा के उत्तर पश्चिमी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क3' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में सड़क के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क4' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क4 – क5 : रेखा Tाम औरोईमुड़ा के उत्तर पश्चिमी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क4' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर -पूर्वी दिशा में सड़क के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क5' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क5 – क6 : रेखा Tाम मुस्कु रा के उत्तर पश्चिमी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क5' से आरंभ होकर उत्तर -पूर्वी दिशा में सड़क के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क6' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क6 – क7 : रेखा Tाम मुस्कु रा के उत्तर पूर्वी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क6' से आरंभ होकर दक्षिण -पूर्वी दिशा से गुजरती है और बिन्दु 'क7' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क7 – क8 : रेखा Tाम नूनदरहा के उत्तर पूर्वी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क7' से आरंभ होकर दक्षिण -पूर्वी दिशा से गुजरती है और बिन्दु 'क8' पर पाजहार के नदी के पास समाप्त होती है ।

क8 – क9 : रेखा Tाम नूनदरहा के उत्तर पूर्वी भाग में स्थित बिन्दु 'क8' से आरंभ होकर दक्षिण -पूर्वी दिशा में पाजहार नदी के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क9' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क9 – क10 : रेखा Tाम के राखोल के उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में स्थित बिन्दु 'क9' से आरंभ होकर दक्षिण -पूर्वी दिशा में पाजहार नदी के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क10' पर समाप्त होती है ।

क10– क11 : रेखा Tाम बनाई के उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में स्थित बिन्दु 'क10' से आरंभ होकर दक्षिण -पूर्वी दिशा में पाजहार नदी के साथ जाती है और बिन्दु 'क11' पर समाप्त होती है ।

S.O. 177(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that Coal is likely to be obtained from the land in the locality described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

And, whereas, the plan bearing number NTPC/CM/NCB/BN/15/01, dated the 6th October, 2015 containing the details of the areas of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi-834001 or at the office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata- 700001 or at the Office of the Collector, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh or at the Office of the General Manager, Talaipalli Coal Mining Project, NTPC Limited, Lailunga Road, Ghargoda, District Raigarh- 496111,Chhattisgarh or at the office of the General Manager (Coal Mining), Coal Mining Division, NTPC Bhawan, Core-7, SCOPE Complex, 7, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from land described in the said Schedule;

Any persons interested in the land described in the said Schedules may—

(i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section(3) of section 4 thereof; or

(ii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting licenses ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the Act for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of subsection (1) of section 13 of the said Act;

to the office of the General Manager, Talaipalli Coal Mining Project , NTPC Limited, Lailunga Road, Ghargoda, District Raigarh-496111, Chhattisgarh or at the Office of the General Manager (Coal Mining), Coal Mining Division, NTPC Bhawan, Core-7, SCOPE Complex, 7, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

A -A1: The line starts at point 'A' in the North part of the Barkaspali village, trending in North westerly direction and ends at 'A1'.

A1-A2: The line starts at point 'A1' in the South Eastern part of the Banai village, trending in North westerly direction and ends at 'A2'.

A2-A3: The line starts at point 'A2' in the North Eastern part of the Charbhanta village, trending in North westerly direction and ends at 'A3' at the Ghargoda-Lailunga road edge.

A3-A4: The line starts at point 'A3' in the North Eastern part of the Charbhanta village, trending in North Easterly direction all along the road boundary and ends at 'A4'.

A4-A5: The line starts at point 'A4' in the North Western part of the Auraimura village, trending in North Easterly direction all along the road boundary and ends at 'A5'.

A5-A6: The line starts at point 'A5' in the North Western part of the Muskura village, trending in North Easterly direction all along the road boundary and ends at 'A6'.
