ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2)
उप- नियम (3 ) अथवा नियम 5 , में
(i)
खंड (ड़ ) में " करवाने की इच्छा " शब्दों के स्थान पर "करवाएंगे " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ग) खंड (ज ) में, निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्ः
"(ज) स्थापना की शर्तें:-
(i) सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित केन्द्र द्वारा गैर -मानक बाट अथवा माप का सत्यापन
(क) विनिर्माता या आयातक या डीलर या प्रयोगकर्ता का नाम एवं पूरा पता
(ख) उस कारखाने या परिसर की अवस्थिति जहां ऐसे बाट अथवा मा आयात अथवा प्रयोग किया जा रहा है ;
(iii) सत्यापन के पश्चात् सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित परीक्षण केन्द्र सत्यापन प्रमाण- (iv) सत्यापन प्रमाण - पत्र विधिक माप विज्ञान (साधारण) नियम , 2011 में यथा लिए विधिमान्य रहेगा और विहित फीस के संदाय पर ऐसी अवधि के लिए
(v) सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित प्रत्येक परीक्षण केन्द्र, सत्यापित किए गए बाटों कैलेन्डर वर्ष के अंत में , केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगा " ।
उप - नियम 8 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः
(ii)
दूसरी अनुसूची
(नियम 5 का उप - नियम ( 1 ) देखें)
सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित परीक्षण केंद्र के लिए आवेदन
(1) आवेदक का पूरा नाम और पूरा पता;
(3) आवेदक का सुसंगत क्षेत्र के अनुभव का ब्यौरा;
(4) संगठनात्मक ढांचे का ब्यौरा;
(5) प्रधान अधिकारी और अन्य तकनीकी कर्मचारिवृन्द की अहर्ताएं;
(6) आवेदक/केन्द्र के पास उपलब्ध मानकों और अन्य परीक्षण सुविधाओं का ब्यौरा;
(7) प्रयोगशाला के गुणता प्रबंधन प्रणाली की प्रति, यदि उपलब्ध है;
(8) डिमान्ड ड्राफ्ट का ब्यौरा;
(9) ऐसी अधिकारिता/ क्षेत्र जिसके लिए आवेदन किया गया है;
(10) उपभोक्ता परिवाद संख्या।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th January , 2016
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
(i) in sub - rule ( 3 ) or rule 5 ,-
(b) in clause ( f) , for the words " willing to train its employees " , the words " the employees s be substituted;
(c) in clauses ( h ) , the following clauses shall be substituted , namely:
"(h ) Conditions to set up : -
(i ) non - standard weight or measure shall not be verified by the Government Approved Test Ce
of verification with an application indicate therein ,
(A) name and full address of manufacturer or importer or dealer or user;
(iv) the certificate of verification shall remain valid for a period as specified in the Legal Metro 2011 and shall be renewed for such period on payment of prescribed fee .
(ii) for sub - rule ( 8 ) the following shall be substituted , namely , - THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY 4
3. For the Second Schedule , the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :

Application for Approval of Government Approved Test Centre
(1) Full name and complete address of the applicant ;
(2) Name of the weight or measure for which Government Approved Test Centre has been a (3) Experience detail in the relevant field of the applicant ;
(4) Detail of the organizational structure;
(5) Qualification of Principal Officer and other technical staff;
(7) Copy of the Quality management system of the laboratory , if available :
(8) Details of the Demand Draft :
(9) Jurisdiction / area for which application is made ;
(10) Consumer complaint number .
