(Final Findings Notification)
Subject : Sunset Review Investigation of anti-dumping duty imposed against imports of Polyvinyl
Chloride (PVC) Suspension Grade originating in or exported from Taiwan, China PR,
Indonesia, Japan, Korea RP, Malaysia, Thailand and USA – Final Findings
No. 21/29/2011-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time, and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti- Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority has notified the Final Findings Notification No. 21/29/2011-DGAD dated 4th April, 2014.
2. In partial modification thereof, Sl. No. 3, 4, 5 and 12 in the Duty Table in the said Notification are modified as under:
