काकाकाका....आ.आ.आ.आ. 257257257257((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि दिनांक 07.05.2015 को मेसर्स जेट एयरवेज़ बोइंग बी737-800 िवमान वीटी-जेएफए 9 डब्लू-63 (बैंकॉक-दिल्ली) उड़ान के दौरान मुख्य पायलट के अशक्त हो जाने की एक गंभीर घटना हो गया था ।
और जबकि, के न्1ीय सरकार को यह उचित प्रतीत होता है कि इस गंभीर घटना के कारण और अंशदायी कारकों का अन्वेषण और निर्धारण किया जाना, और भविष्य में ऐसी घटना की पुनरावृति से बचने के लिए सिफारिशें करना Cयावहारिक है।
अब, वायुयान (दुर्घटना एवं घटना जांच) नियमावली, 2012 के िनयम 11 (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Hए, के न्1ीय सरकार एतदद्वारा गंभीर घटना की औपचारिक जांच का िनदेश देती है।
के न्1ीय सरकार Jी आर. एस. पस्सी, उप िनदेशक, एएआईबी की अध्यक्षता में निम्नलिखित सदस्य के साथ एक जांच समिति नियुक्त करती है:-
(i) Sुप कै प्टन, राजेश कु मार, डीएमएस (सीए) —सदस्य
(ii) कै प्टन Uुव रेब्बाप्रगदा, उड़ान सुरक्षा प्रमुख (मेसर्स इंडिगो) —सदस्य
सिमित, जब कभी अपेक्षित होगा, अन्य विशेषWों/एजेंसियों की सहायता भी लेगी।
समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा।
समिति अधिमानतः छह महीने के भीतर इसकी जांच पूरी करके अपनी रिपोर्ट के न्1ीय सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगी।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATIONNew Delhi, the 25th January, 2016
S.O. 257(E).—Whereas M/s. Jet Airways Boeing B737-800 aircraft VT-JFA during flight 9W-63 (Bangkok-Delhi) was involved in a serious incident on 07.05.2015 at Delhi.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the causes and contributory factors leading to the said serious incident and make recommendations to avoid recurrence of such serious incidents in future.
Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rules 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry in the serious incident be made.
Accordingly, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee of Inquiry headed by Shri R.S. Passi, Deputy Director, AAIB with following members:
(i) Gp. Capt. Rajesh Kumar, DMS(CA) as Member
(ii) Capt. Dhruv Rebbapragada, Chief of Flight Safety, M/s. Indigo Operational Member
The committee will also take the assistance of other experts/agencies whenever required.
The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi.
The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government preferably within six months.
