सासासासा....काकाकाका....नि 107(अ)नि 107(अ)नि 107(अ)नि 107(अ)....--------महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के 38) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (6) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) की धारा (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन की अधिसूचना सं. सा.कां. नि. 355(अ), दिनांक 30.04.2015 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए केंद्र सरकार एततद्वारा श्री ए. के. सरन, उपसचिव के स्थान पर श्री बी. पोयामोझी, विकास सलाहकार (पत्तन) को 31.03.2017 तक व.उ. चिदम्बरनार पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी।

G.S.R. 107(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub- section 6 of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 355(E), dated 30th April, 2015, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. Poiyamozhi, Development Advisor (Ports) to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of V.O. Chidambarnar Port Trust in place of Shri A.K. Saran, Deputy Secretary for the existing term upto 31.03.2017.

2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. उक्त नियुक्ति तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रभावी होगी।

Aswath, Director, Ministry of Shipping who was appointed vide Notification No. 567(E), dated 20th July, 2015 on the Board of Trustees of New Mangalore Nehru Port Trust.
