काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 264264264264 ((((अअअअ))))....————यत:, मै. कर्नाटक इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया डेवलपमेंट बोर्ड., जो कर्नाटक राज्य का पूर्णत: स्वामित्व वाला राज्य औद्योगिक संवर्धन संगठन है, ने कर्नाटक राज्य के हासन में व+ के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आ2थक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आ2थक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) (जिसे एत8प9ात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;

और यत:, के न्> सरकार ने विशेष आ2थक जोन नियम 2006 के िनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त आधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Bए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्याआ का.आ. 1706(अ), दिनांक 5 अक्टूम्बर, 2006 द्वारा उपयु र्क्त विशेष आ2थक जोन में 233.307 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित कर दिया था;

और यत;, मैं. कर्नाटक इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया डेवलपमेंट बोर्ड ने अब उक्त विशेष आ2थक जोन में से 41.32 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यत;, कर्नाटक सरकार ने उनके दिनांक 13 जुलाई, 2015 के पत्र सं. वीटीपीसी/एस.ई.जेड/के .आई.ए.डी.बी- एन.ओ.सी/डी.डी/2014-15 के तहत प्रस्ताव को अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र दे दिया है;

और यत;, विकास आयुक्त, कोिचन विशेष आ2थक जोन ने विशेष आ2थक जोन के 41.320 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने के प्रस्ताव को संस्तुति की है;

और यत:, के न्> सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संम्बधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है;

अत: अब विशेष आ2थक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Bए और विशेष आ2थक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के िनयम 8 के अनुसरण में के न्> सरकार, एतIारा उक्त विशेष आ2थक जोन में

हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा, जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सवLक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल है, अर्थात:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2016

S.O.264(E).—Whereas, M/s. Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board, a fully owned State Industrial Promotion Organization in the State of Karnataka, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for textiles at Hassan in the State of Karnataka;

And, Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 233.307 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1706(E) dated 5th October, 2006;

And, Whereas, M/s. Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board has now proposed for de-notification of 41.32 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone;

And, Whereas, the State Government of Karnataka has given its "No Objection" to the proposal vide letter No. VTPC/SEZ/KIADB-NOC/DD/2014-15, dated 13th July, 2015;

And, Whereas, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 41.32 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

Now, Whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 41.32 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 191.987 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:—
