MINISTRY OF CULTURE
NOTIFICATIONNew Delhi, the 28th January, 2016
G.S.R. 125(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Culture, National Museum, New Delhi, Director General, Group 'A' Post Recruitment Rules, 2009, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National Museum, New Delhi, Director General, Group 'A' Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Culture, National Museum, New Delhi, Director General, Group 'A' Post Recruitment Rules, 2009, in column 13, for the entry "Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister", the "Additional Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister" shall be substituted.

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Director-General, National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
