सासासासा.काकाकाका. िनिनिनिन. 130130130130((((अअअअ)))).— कें (cid:3)ीय सरकार, कें (cid:3)ीय शिक्षुता परिषद् के साथ परामर्श से, शिक्षु अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का 52) की धारा 37 की उप-धारा (1क) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए शिक्षुता नियम, 1992 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम शिक्षुता (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है।
(2) ये 1 सितम्बर, 2015 को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. शिक्षुता िनयम 1992 की अनुसूची-1 में-
(i) "होटल एवं कै ट4रग 5वसाय समूह" से संबंिधत समूह संख्या 15 में, 8म संख्या 9 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(ii) "क4टग एंड टेल4रग 5वसाय समूह" से संबंधित समूह संख्या 19 में, 8म संख्या 8 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(iii) "कृ िष 5वसाय समूह" से संबंधित समूह संख्या 20 में, 8म संख्या 6 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";

क) 8म संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
ख) 8म संख्या 4 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्निलिखत प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
"ब% कौशल 5वसाय समूह" से संबंधित समूह संख्या 31 में, 8म संख्या 8 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10+2 शिक्षा पCति के अधीन विDान और गणित विषयों के साथ 10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(v) "आतिथ्य 5वसाय समूह" से संबंिधत समूह संख्या 36 में,
क) 8म संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
ख) 8म संख्या 5 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(vi) "कार्यालय प्रबंधन 5वसाय समूह" से संबंिधत समूह संख्या 37 में,
क) 8म संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
ख) 8म संख्या 2 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(vii) "स्वास्थ्य सहाGियत 5वसाय समूह" से संबंिधत समूह संख्या 38 में,
क) 8म संख्या 2 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
ख) 8म संख्या 3 के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";
(viii) "पुस्तकालय एवं सूचना विDान 5ापार समूह", से संबंिधत समूह संख्या 39 में, 8म संख्या 1 के स्थान पर स्तंभ 8 में प्रविष्टियों हेतु, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"10 व= कक्षा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा इसके समतुल्य";

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2016
G.S.R. 130(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (1A) of section 37 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Apprenticeship Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, namely: —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of September, 2015.
2. In Schedule-I to the Apprenticeship Rules 1992 -
(i) in group number 15, relating to the "Hotel and Catering Trades Group:", against serial number 9, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(ii) in group number 19, relating to the "Cutting and Tailoring Trades Group:", against serial number 8, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(iii) in group number 20, relating to the "Agriculture Trades Group:", against serial number 6, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(iv) in group number 29, relating to the "Computer Trades Group", -
a) against serial number 1, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
b) against serial number 4, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(v) in group number 31, relating to the "Multi Skill Trades Group:", against serial number 8, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education with Science and Mathematics or its equivalent";
(vi) in group number 36, relating to the "Hospitality Trades Group", -
a) against serial number 1, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
b) against serial number 5, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(vii) in group number 37, relating to the "Office Management Trades Group", -
a) against serial number 1, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
b) against serial number 2, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(viii) in group number 38, relating to the "Health Allied Trades Group", -
a) against serial number 2, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted;
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";

"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent";
(ix) in group number 39, relating to the "Library and Information Science Trades Group:", against serial number 1, for the entries in column 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent".
