का. आ. 296 ;अद्ध.—निःशक्त व्यक्ति ;समान अवसर, अध्किार संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारीद्ध नियम, 1996 के साथ पठित निःशक्त व्यक्ति ;समान अवसर, अध्किार संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारीद्ध अध्निियम, 1995 ;1996 का 1द्ध, की धरा 57 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्‌्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌्‌द्वारा डॉ. कमलेश कुमार पाण्डेय को वेतनमान में और भारत सरकार के सचिव को यथाग्राह्‌्‌य अन्य भत्तों के साथ मुख्य आयुक्त, निःशक्तता के रूप में नियुक्त करती है

2. डॉ. कमलेश कुमार पाण्डेय की नियुक्ति, पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवध् िके लिए या 65 वर्ष की आयु या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, तक रहेगी । उनकी नियुक्ति की अन्य निबंध्न एवं शर्तें उक्त नियम 43ख से 43ड़ में उल्लेख के अनुसार होंगी ।

S. O. 296(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Persons withDisabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996), read with 480 GI/2016 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] sub-rule (5) of rule 43 A of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Pandey as Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD), with salary and allowances as admissible to the Secretary to the Government of India.

2. The appointment of Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Pandey will be for a period of three years w.e.f. 28.01.2016 or upto the age of 65 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The other terms and conditions of his appointment will be as mentioned in rule 43-B to 43-E of the said rules.
