सासासासा.काकाकाका. िनिनिनिन. 135135135135((((अअअअ)))).—के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व िवभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/2012 सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012 सा.का. िन. 185(अ), तारीख, 17 मार्च, 2012 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में प्रकाशित !ई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-

उक्त अिधसूचना में, सारणी में, (cid:1)म सं. 129 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि का लोप किया जाएगा।

अनुराग सहगल, अवर सिचव (cid:2)ट(cid:4)पण: मूल अिधसूचना सं. 12/2012 -सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012, सा.का.िन. 185 (अ), तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3, उपखंड (i) द्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 6/2016-सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 28 जनवरी, 2016 सा.का.िन. 124 (अ), तारीख 28 जनवरी, 2016 द्वारा किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 135(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.185 (E), dated the 17th March, 2012, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 129 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
