सासासासा.काकाकाका. िनिनिनिन.131313137777(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ).— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए, रेल चिकित्सा सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल चिकित्सा सेवा भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रेल चिकित्सा सेवा भर्ती िनयम, 2000 की अनुसूची-1 में प्रभागीय चिकित्सा अधिकारी/ ज्येष्ठ चिकित्सा अिधकारी के पद के सामने, स्तंभ-8 में, शीर्ष "आवश्यक" के अधीन मद (iii) में "और दो वर्ष का अनुभव" शब्द के स्थान पर "या दो वर्ष का अनुभव" शब्द रखा जाएगा।

G.S.R. 137(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 2000, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Medical Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 2000, in Schedule-I, against the post of Divisional Medical Officer/Senior Medical Officer, in Column 8, under the heading "Essential", in item (iii), for the words "and two years' experience", the words "or two years' experience" shall be substituted.

Note:- The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R 88, dated the 29th February, 2000 and subsequently corrigendum was issued vide number G.S.R 366, dated 13th September, 2000.
