का.आ. 3492(अ).—यत: (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली मु(cid:6990)य योनिा म(cid:7286) के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार का ोिन ीि क(cid:7409) ोिनल र्नकास योनिा म(cid:7286) अधोनलनखत (cid:6979)े(cid:7074) के संबंध म(cid:7286) ननि कनतपय संोधन(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)(cid:7021)र्ता ा, उ(cid:7008)ह(cid:7286) (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली र्नकास अनधननयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) क(cid:7409) धारा-44 के उपबंध(cid:7298) के अनुसार (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली र्नकास (cid:7079)ानधकरण (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7408)दनांक 24.12.2010 क(cid:7409) का.आ. 3044(अ) के तहत र्सा(cid:6981)निनक सूचना के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) भारत के रापि(cid:7074),असाधारण म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कानत (cid:7408)कया गया ा नसिम(cid:7286) उ(cid:7334) नो(cid:7407)टस क(cid:7409) तारीख से तीस (cid:7408)दन के अंदर उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 11-क क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (3) (cid:7367)ारा या अपेन(cid:6979)त आपन(cid:7275)यां/सुर्झा आमंन(cid:7074)त (cid:7408)कए गए े।
2. यत: (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तार्नत संोधन के संबंध म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)ा(cid:7009)त आपन(cid:7275)य(cid:7298) / सुर्झा(cid:7298) पर (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली र्नकास (cid:7079)ानधकरण (cid:7367)ारा र्नचार (cid:7408)कया गया; और 3. यत: के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार ने इस मामले के सभी पहलु(cid:7312) पर (cid:7007)यानर्पू(cid:6981)क र्नचार करने के प(cid:7019)चात ोिनल ोिन 'ीि' के नलए (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)ीय र्नकास योनिा-2021 म(cid:7286) संोधन करने का ननण(cid:6981)य नलया है ।
4. अत: अब, उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 11-क क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (2) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार एत(cid:7375)ारा भारत के रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इस अनधसूचना के (cid:7079)कानत होने क(cid:7409) तारीख से उ(cid:7334) ोिनल र्नकास योनिा 2021 के नलए ोिन ीि म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत संोधन करती है :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st November, 2016
S.O. 3492(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Zonal Development Plan of Zone 'G' regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide S.O. No. 3044(E) dated 24.12.2010 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section-44 of Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of Section 11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas, objections/suggestions received with regard to the proposed modifications, have been considered by the Delhi Development Authority, and 3. Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Zonal Development Plan-2021 for Zone'G'. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Zonal Development Plan-2021 for Zone 'G' with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India. MODIFICATION:
