dk- vk- 3496¼v½-&केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, केन्द्र सरकार, यहाँ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारियों को, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, बिहार राज्य के सुपौल जिला में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-327A के कि.मी. 0.00 से कि.मी. 25.010 खंड (सुपौल-भपटिआही खंड) के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/दो लेन का बनाया जाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिये उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (3), (4), (5) (6) तथा (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिला, तालुक, पुलिस स्टेशन ,गांवों तथा राजस्व थाना के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत उल्लिखित ऐसे प्राधिकारियों के कार्य करने केे लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st November, 2016
S.O. 3496(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule annexed hereto as the competent authority to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entries of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station, villages and Rev. thana No. mentioned in column (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building (widening/Two laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation in respect of National Highway No. 327A (Supaul-Bhaptiahi) from km 0.000 to km 25.010 in the State of Bihar.
