फाफाफाफा.... संसंसंसं.... जीः 128ः2016जीः 128ः2016जीः 128ः2016जीः 128ः2016.—लागत एवं कार्य लेखाकर विनियम, 1959 को आगे और संशोधन, जिन्हें दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इण्डिया (जिसे एतद्पश्चात परिषद कहा गया है) करने का प्रस्ताव करती है, करने के लिए कतिपय विनियमों के निम्नलिखित मसौदे को एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जैसा कि लागत एवं कार्य लेखाकर अधिनियम, 1959 (1959 का 23) की धारा 39 की उप धारा (3) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षित है, ताकि इससे संभावित रूप से प्रभावित होने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जा सके और एतद्द्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त मसौदे पर भारत के उस राजपत्र की प्रतियाें की तारीख से 45 दिनों की अवधि बीत जाने पर या उसके पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा जिसमें इन मसौदा विनियमों को जनता को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रकाशित किया गया है ।
उपर्युक्त प्रारूप विनियमों के संबंध में यदि कोई व्यक्ति कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव देना चाहे तो वह उपर्युक्त निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर उसे परिषद के विचारार्थ सचिव, इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इण्डिया, 12 सदर स्ट्रीट, कोलकाता-700016 को भेजें अथवा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के ई-मेल पता [email protected] पर भेजें ।

1. (1) इन विनियमों को लागत एवं कार्य लेखाकार (संशोधन) विनियम, 2016 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. लागत और कार्य लेखाकार विनियम 1959 जिनमें उप विनियम (1) में निम्नलिखित परंतुक जोड़े जाएंगे, बनामत :-
''बशर्ते कि फेलो के रूप में प्रवेश के लिए किसी सह-सदस्य को अपने अनुभव के संबंध में स्व-घोषणा देनी होगी, जिसे फेलो सदस्य के रूप में प्रवेश के लिए पर्याप्त दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य माना जाएगा।''

NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 28th October, 2016
F. No. G:128:2016.—The following draft of certain regulations further to amend the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959, which the council of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (herein after referred to as the Council) proposes to make, is hereby published, as required under sub-section (3) of section 39 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of period of forty-five days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India, in which the draft regulations are published, are made available to the public;
Any person desiring to make any objection or suggestion in respect of the said draft regulations, may forward the same for consideration by the Council within the period so specified above to the Secretary, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, 12, Sudder Street, Kolkata – 700 016 or send it to the e-mail address of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India at [email protected].
Draft Regulations
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Cost and Works Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2016,
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959, in regulation 6, in sub regulation (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided that for admission as a fellow, an associate member shall furnish self declaration about his experience which shall be considered as sufficient documentary evidence for admission as a fellow member.".
