का.आ. 3553 (अ) .— क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, भारतीय नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय प(cid:7407)रषद् अनधननयम, 1970 (1970 का 48) क(cid:7409) धारा 14 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (2) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, भारतीय नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय प(cid:7407)रषद् से पराम(cid:6981) करने के प(cid:7391)ात्, उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) दूसरी अनुसूची म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत और संोधन करती है, अा(cid:6981)त् :-
उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम क(cid:7409) दूसरी अनुसूची के "यूनानी" संबंधी भाग-II म(cid:7286) "छ(cid:7275)ीसग" ीष(cid:6981)क के अधीन (cid:7059)म सं(cid:6990)यांक 3ग के प(cid:7391)ात् नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7059)म सं(cid:6990)यांक और उससे संबंनधत (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397)यां अंतः(cid:7021)ानपत क(cid:7409) ािएंगी, अा(cid:6981)त्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016
S.O. 3553(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in Part - II relating to "Unani", under the heading "Chhattisgarh", after serial number 3C and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
