का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 3549(अ).3549(अ).3549(अ).3549(अ).————के (cid:3)(cid:5)ीय सरकार, कोयला धारक (cid:13)े(cid:14) (अज(cid:18)न और िवकास) अिधिनयम,1957 (1957 का 20) क(cid:26) धारा 9 क(cid:26) उप-धारा (1) (cid:29)ारा शि(cid:31)तय! का "योग करते $ए, भारत सरकार के कोयला मं(cid:14)ालय क(cid:26) अिधसूचना सं*याक का.आ. 1969(अ), तारीख 30 जुलाई, 2001, जो भारत के राजप(cid:14), भाग II, खंड 3, उप- खंड (ii), तारीख 11 अग+त, 2001 म, "कािशत क(cid:26) गई थी, म, िन/निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अथा(cid:18)त्:-

उ(cid:31)त अिधसूचना म,, -

(क) अनुसूची 'क' के , 2म सं*या 1 म, ''4ाम मझौली(भाग) म, अ7जत 8कए गए खसरा सं*यांक'', - (i) "िवि:ट ''158(भाग)'' के +थान पर, "िवि:टयां ''152(भाग), 158(भाग)'' रखी जाएंगी ।

(ii) "िवि:टयां ''252 से 258, 262(भाग), 287(भाग)'' के +थान पर "िवि:टयां ''252 से 256, 257(भाग), 258, 259(भाग)'' रखी जाएंगी ।

(ख) अनुसूची 'ख' के , 2म सं*याक 4 म, ''4ाम मझौली(भाग) म, अ7जत 8कए गए खसरा सं*यांक'', - (i) "िवि:टयां ''1 से 157'' के +थान पर, "िवि:टयां ''1 से 151, 152(भाग), 153 से 157'' रखी जाएंगी ।

(ii) "िवि:टयां ''259 से 261, 262(भाग)'' के +थान पर "िवि:टयां ''257(भाग), 259(भाग), 260 से 262'' रखी जाएंगी ।

(iii) ''287(भाग)'' क(cid:26) "िवि:ट के +थान पर, "िवि:ट ''287'' रखी जाएंगी ।

खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 11 जुलाई, 2001 म, "कािशत क(cid:26) गई थी ।

MINISTRY OF COAL

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th November, 2016

S.O. 3549(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 1969, dated the 30th July, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th August, 2001, namely:—

In the said notification,--

(a) in Schedule 'A', in serial number 1 relating to ''Khasra numbers acquired in village Majhauli (Part)",- (i) for the entry "158(Part)", the entries "152(Part), 158(Part)" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the entries "252 to 258, 262(Part), 287(Part)," the entries "252 to 256, 257(Part), 258, 259(Part)," shall be substituted;

(b) in Schedule 'B', in serial number 4 relating to ''Khasra numbers acquired in village Majhauli (Part)",- (i) for the entries "1 to 157 ", the entries "1 to 151, 152(Part), 153 to 157" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the entries "259 to 261, 262(Part)" the entries "257 (Part), 259 (Part), 260 to 262" shall be substituted;

(iii) for the entry "287(Part)", the entry "287", shall be substituted.
