NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th November, 2016

S.O. 3590(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Trnasport and Highways published in the Gazette of I ndia, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E), dated the 4th April, 2011, namely :—

In the Schedule, for serial number 194 and entries relating therto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
