का.आ. 3621(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24), की धारा 2 के खंड (7क) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिनियम के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (3) जिले के संबंध में राजस्थान राज्य में सीकर-लौहारू व सीकर चुरू में आमान परिवर्तन की विषेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्धन और संचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में —त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधि—त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, the 24th November, 2016

S.O. 3621(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as 'Competent authority' to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of Gauge Conversion of Sikar-Churu in the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, management and operation of such special railway project.
