का.आ. 3644(अ).—के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, मे(cid:7069)ो रेल (संकम(cid:7299) का संननमा(cid:6981)ण) अनधननयम, 1978 (1978 का 33) (नसिे इसम(cid:7286) इसके प(cid:7019)चात् उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम कहा गया है) क(cid:7409) धारा 1 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (3) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए भारत सरकार, हरी र्नकास मं(cid:7074)ालय क(cid:7409) तारीख 16 अ(cid:6989)तूबर, 2009 क(cid:7409) अनधसूचना सं(cid:6990)या का.आ. 2625(अ) (cid:7367)ारा अ(cid:6989)तूबर, 2016 के 1र्6(cid:7286) (cid:7408)दन से उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम के उपबंध(cid:7298) को रा(cid:7020)(cid:7069)ीय राधिानी (cid:6979)े(cid:7074) (एनसीआर) म(cid:7286) र्न(cid:7021)ता(cid:7407)रत करती है ; और उ(cid:7004)तर (cid:7079)दे रा(cid:6996)य म(cid:7286) दादरी, सदर औरर् ेिर तहसील(cid:7298) सनहत पूरे गौतम बु(cid:7373) नगर नलिे को सहभागी रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सहमनत के अनुसरण म(cid:7286) भारत सरकार, हरी र्नकास मं(cid:7074)ालय क(cid:7409) तारीख 24 र्न(cid:7013)बर, 2015 क(cid:7409) अनधसूचना सं(cid:6990)या का.आ. 3182(अ) के (cid:7367)ारा एनसीआर म(cid:7286) सन(cid:7013)मनलत (cid:7408)कया गया है ।
अत:, अब, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 32 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम क(cid:7409) अनुसूची म(cid:7286) गौतम बु(cid:7373) नगर नलिे के स(cid:7013)बध म(cid:7286) नोएडा-(cid:7061)ेटर नोएडा मे(cid:7069)ो लाइन के नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत मे(cid:7069)ो एलाइनम(cid:7286)ट को सन(cid:7013)मनलत करती है, अा(cid:6981)त् :—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2016
S.O. 3644(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government extended the application of the provisions of the said Act to the National Capital Region (NCR), with effect from the 16thday of October, 2009 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development, number S.O. 2625 (E), dated the 16th October, 2009; And whereas, the whole district of Gautam Budha Nagar comprising the Tehsils of Dadri, Sadar and Jewar in the State of Uttar Pradesh has been included in the NCR in pursuance of consent of the participating States vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development number S.O. 3182(E), dated the 24th November, 2015.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby adds the following metro alignment of Noida- Greater Noida Metro Line in respect of the District Gautam Budha Nagar in the Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
