1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7009)त नाम धन ोधन नर्नारण (अपील) संोधन ननयम, 2016 है ।

(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) उनके (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख से (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7004)त ह(cid:7298)गे ।

2. धन ोधन नर्नारण (अपील) ननयम, 2005 म(cid:7286) ननयम 3 के उपननयम (2) क(cid:7409) सारणी म(cid:7286), (cid:7059).सं. 3 के सामने दूसरे (cid:7021)तंभ म(cid:7286) ''और 1 लाख (cid:7271). तक'' अ(cid:6979)र(cid:7298) और अंक(cid:7298) का लोप (cid:7408)कया ािएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th December, 2016

G.S.R. 1116(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (r) and clause (x) of sub- section (2) of section 73, read with section 35 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Rules, 2005, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Rules, 2005, in rule 3, in sub-rule (2), in the Table, against serial number 3, in the second column, the words, letters and figure "and upto Rs.1 lakh" shall be omitted.
