dk-vk- 3669¼v½-&केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों ं का प्रयोग करते हुए तहसिलदार पाटना (Tahasildar Patna) को ओडिशा राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-220 के कि.मी. 91/100 से कि.मी. 125/400 तक के भुखण्ड का निर्माण (चौडा करने/चार लेन बनाने आदि) अनुरक्षण प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन के तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारि के रुप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

S.O. 3669(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 ( 48 of 1956 ), the Central Government hereby authorises the Tahasildar, Patna as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 91/100 to Km 125/400 of the National Highways No. 220 for building (Widening), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Odisha as specified in the Schedule given below.
