NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th December, 2016
S. O. 3684(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Puneet Kumar Goel, Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation as a member of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), and for that purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, number S.O.2239(E) dated the 5th September, 2014 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for item number (c)(iv) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and entry shall be substituted namely:-
"(iv) Shri Puneet Kumar Goel
Commissioner,
South Delhi Municipal Corporation."
