सा.का.नन.1128(अ).—रा(cid:7398)पनत, संर्नधान के अनु(cid:6994)छेद 309 के परंतुक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, उन बात(cid:7298) के नर्साय, न(िcid:7008)ह(cid:7286) ऐसे संोधन से पहले (cid:7408)कया गया है र्अा (cid:7408)कए ािने का लोप (cid:7408)कया गया है, पे(cid:7069)ोनलयम और (cid:7079)ाकृ नतक गैस मं(cid:7074)ालय, ब(cid:7263)-काय(cid:6981) कम(cid:7278) (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2015 म(cid:7286) आगे संोधन करने के नलए एत(cid:7375)ारा नन(cid:7388)नलनखत र्नननयमन बनाते ह(cid:7289), नामत:

1. संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम और (cid:7079)ारंभ – (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) को पे(cid:7069)ोनलयम और (cid:7079)ाकृ नतक गैस मं(cid:7074)ालय, ब(cid:7263)-काय(cid:6981) कम(cid:7278) (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2016 कहा ािएगा।

2. ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।

2. पे(cid:7069)ोनलयम और (cid:7079)ाकृ नतक गैस मं(cid:7074)ालय, ब(cid:7263)-काय(cid:6981) कम(cid:7278) (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2015 म(cid:7286)-

(I) कालम (4) के ीष(cid:6981)क म(cid:7286), ''पे ब(cid:7289)ड और (cid:7061)ेड पे'' (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर, ''पे मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर'' (cid:7011)द (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कए ािएंगे।

(II) कालम (4) म(cid:7286) (''पे ब(cid:7289)ड-1 (5200-20200 (cid:7271)पए) मिा 1800 (cid:7271)पए क(cid:7409) (cid:7061)ेड पे'' (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर, ''पे मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर-1'' (cid:7011)द (cid:7079)नत(cid:7021)ानपत (cid:7408)कए ािएंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th November, 2016

G.S.R. 1128(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, except as respects things done or omitted to have been done before such amendment, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2015.—

(I) In heading of Column (4), for the words "Pay band and grade pay", the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(II) In Column (4), for the words "Pay band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) plus grade pay of Rs.1800", the words "Level -1 in Pay Matrix" shall be substitued.
